Who we are

Trojan Court Apartments (2510–2518 Toberman Street and 2377 Portland Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007) is independently owned and managed by Peninsula View Property Management. This policy covers trojancourt.com, our leasing phone line (213) 699-9986, our email addresses, and the text messages we send.

What we collect

When you contact us, book a tour or apply, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the home you're interested in, your move-in timing, and your messages. Rental applications also collect the information needed to screen an application. Our website may record basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, schedule and confirm tours, process applications, manage leases, and communicate with residents about their home. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run leasing and the property: our property manager, our property management and application software, our phone and text messaging provider, and our website host. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you text or call our leasing line, give us your phone number, or book a tour, you agree to receive text messages from Trojan Court Apartments about your inquiry, tours, applications and, if you become a resident, your home.

Phone calls

Calls to our leasing line may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. Calls we miss may be answered by an automated assistant that takes your details for our team.

Your choices
